Our apartments are services rendered by our agency and as such they are invoiced to our clients. Rental costs are a corporate expense.

All our apartments have 20 Mb wireless internet connection and a small office pack, consisting of paper, envelopes, pens and pencils, post-its.

Our largest apartment, N.Y., also has a printer, scanner and fax.

Plasma televisions. In NY 42”. Berlin 32”. Tokio 29”. All apartments have digital TV and a DVD player with connections for various cards.

Heating and air conditioning are independent in all rooms and can be regulated via remote control.

Our beds, linen, towels, are of the best quality. Our wardrobes are fully furnished.

All apartments have double beds with four pillows. Two harder and two softer pillows for full comfort.

All apartments have walk in showers with directional showers.

WE TRY TO BE ONE STEP AHEAD

On arrival, our guests will find a welcome kit that will enable them to make themselves at home immediately. This package includes a variety of food, drinks and useful items.

All apartments are equipped with small kitchen electric appliances to satisfy the needs of any gourmet. This enables guests to prepare something quick, simple or healthy to eat. Microwave ovens, kettles, toasters, mixers, fruit.

Fresh oranges, lemons and seasonal fruit for snacks or breakfast.

Bread of various types, croissants, cereals, biscuits, energetic bars, milk, butter, marmalade, coffee, different teas, herbal drinks, all ready to use for an in-house healthy breakfast.

Ice in the freezer, beers, tonic water, refreshing drinks in the fridge. Top brand alcoholic drinks. Ice buckets, coasters, bottle cooler, glasses of all types and sizes ready for a relaxing afternoon drink alone or with friends.

A small first aid kit, needle and threads for an emergency, a shoe shine kit, iron and ironing board. It’s good to be self sufficient.
